"Of course, I don't mind"

The shovel was inserted into the soft earth, collecting some dirt, and rocks, then tossing it aside to the right to where the pile of dirt was gathering. Ker loved digging up, fresh graves just read the local paper to go vampire hunting, hes done this all the time but instead of waiting for the frisky little bastards to wake up and crawl out he found this quiet fun, to be digging the poor corpse up then kill the stupid thing.

He struck the shovel down, into the soil once again but only hearing a thud. He tapped the end of the shovel on the surface of the coffin. "Its about damn time" Kneeling down, a hand brushed over the coffin dusting off the dirt, fingers gripped the crowbar jacking it in on the side, and forcing it forward, hearing the sounds of the coffin breaking and twisting as he opened the lid. Reaching behind him, he gripped the silver stake as the lid was open ready to shove the stake through the vampires heart only to find the coffin empty.

"What the hell..."  Ears heard a twig snap, and a low snarl white opals slowly raised to the surface of the grave, and over the edge was a tall large, bulky man vampire standing over him. Ker came to terms, he was a little to late on surprising the vampire, he was going to be food if he didn't crawl out quickly.

"Oh fuck..."

Trinity sat, perched atop one of stones, a part of some mausoleum-sort of thing. She was far enough away from Ker that she doubted he knew she had followed him, but close enough that she would be able to come to his rescue if the other Tarakian needed it. How long she'd been watching him dig was anyone's guess, although it had been long enough for her to call Hannibal and tell him what she was doing and where she was. But either way,  she had seen the vampire making its way around to surprise Ker, and her lips pursed. Of course, Trinity would never let anything bad happen to family. But she couldn't deny that there was a teeny sense of grim satisfaction at seeing Ker cornered.

"Serves you right, Ker," she murmured as she reached around to her back, grabbing an arrow from her quiver and her favorite toy, the compact bow specially designed by her. Letting the bow widen and expand to its true potential, she wielded it easily as she loaded the arrow, keeping Ker within her sights. She would help him, if he needed it. Letting him fend for himself, though, that was the price he got to pay for being the dumby who went off grave digging. Hannibal probably would've just handed Ker a hangman's noose and let him hang himself for being an idiot, but Trinity enjoyed a good fight as much as anybody, so she'd gladly sit here until she was needed.

Once her bow and arrow were at the ready, Trinity held both in one hand as she tucked the earbuds of that iPod into her ear and let the music play. Aptly enough, the sounds of Drowning Pool's Let the Bodies Hit the Floor was the first thing to play. Smirking, she squared her shoulders, relishing the feel of her own blood jumping at the possibility of a fight.

In the back of his mind, this was all wrong there was no signs, of the vampire breaking out of the coffin Ker was there. Less he ended up missing the raising of the newly vampire he dug up the wrong grave. Now there was a body missing and far as he was concered it was the vampire who was about to make him his snack neither.

It has been awhile since Ker faught a vampire, or really anything he was wondering if he was ready, well he was without getting killed first. For a split second his fingers dug around for the stake it was out of reach, white opals glanced down to find it once he looked back up the vampire was gone. Gripping the stake he slowly stood ontop of the coffin, head popping up over the pile of dirt, this dead man was going to play games.

Although the tarakian did not know, that Trinity has been keeping and eye out on him the whole time. Or even followed him here to the grave yard to find out what hes up to, first he had to nail this blood sucker then next figure out why theres a missing body. It was highly challanged that here in Rome there could be grave robbers Ker did not want this to reflect aupon him make the others think he didn't know what the hell he was doing. Hands dug into the soil as he jumped up, climing from the hole, his eyes scanned through the darkness only sounds of crickets making their musical and silance. The smell of death, a vampire reaks he made a face in discused he hated the smell of a vampire. With luck there was only one creeping around, with that he was thankful for, it seemed the vampire vanished, in thin air but he knew the sucker was still around. What it was doing it wanted to play a game, he knew this it was like he was the victim here but what the dead man didn't know he was the victim and Ker was the hunter.

"Great"

That was when splitting pain, struck against his shoulder blade, then again across his back. Almost bringing him down to his knees, white opals glowed as they glanced over seeing the vampire with the shovel.  The irion end coming down at him for another strike, his hand raises up catching the handle in the middle both hands grip the shovel with the vampire raising to his feet.

The both struggled with it, it was like competeing on who was the strongest which Ker was being brought back down to his knees.

"Ok you wanna play.." The vampire snarled showing off its white well pointed teeth. "Lets play.." With all his strenght Ker pushed forward causing the vampire to loose balance, as he did Ker gripped the shovel and twirled it as he did the end of the shovel struck the vampire in the head, then with the wooshing sound of the shovel inbetween the vampires legs he pulled it backwards knocking the vampire who appered as a man to the ground.

Hannibal got the call from Trinity and was on his way to meet her. No surprise there. Like a little puppy dog he came a'runnin. If he didn't already think there was something quite wrong with him he would have been sure of it at that. But the two of them had been following eachother around since they were kids. Well, since she was a kid anyway which was all that mattered.

The evening before with Angel and Ariadne had left him hoping that their stigmatic friend would be able to help him with things. Things he couldn't handle on his own. But something had to give soon because the rest of the tribe might be getting fooled by Ariadne, but he wasn't. When the vampire came around he could feel it. In his fangs so to speak. Like a rash. And this was one rash there was no over the counter cream for. Hannibal couldn't wait for the time to come when their world was a vampire free zone. Except for himself of course. Little hyprocrit.

Walking through the cemertary his strides were long and confident, moving with conviction through the darkness as if it were full day. Black eyes had adjusted in the darkness until they were almost entirely pupil. Which on him didn't change much since his iris was as black as pitch anyway. Trinity was there, he could smell her, and it made him pick up the pace. Jogging towards her he took a running leap into the air to land behind her on the stone roof of the mosoleum.

Booted feet landed with sure footed ease and his knees bent to relieve the pressure of the jump which had been just a little to not human a move for daylight hours. But in a dark cemetary at night he could let his freak flag fly. Using the bend of his knees to come down in a crouch behind and to the left of her he was keeping outside the area she needed for her arms if she had to make a shot. But only just outside it. Close enough still that he could smell her blood pumping just beneath the frail layer of her skin. Mmm Mmm Good.

"Soooo." Hannibal followed her gaze to where Ker was currently wrestling with a vampire over a shovel. Watching for a moment his upper lip curled and he chuckled lightly.

"Tut tut tut. Some men just never learn how to share. Oh!" Just at the end Ker had snatched the shovel back and cold clocked the vampire in the head. Looking across at Trinity he gave a nod. "Well that wasn't bad. But please tell me you did not think that all three of us needed to be here for one vamp. I mean sure, it's a vamp with a shovel fetish but really?"

Never very good at sitting still. Especially not sitting still quietly, Hannibal was already itching to just shoot the vampire or shove a stake through it so they could get moving again. "Hey. You wanna go get ribs after this?" What was it about a late night staking in a graveyard that made bar-b- q sound good. Sick of waiting he called across the open cemetary to Ker. "Hey Ker. You up for Bar-B-Q after this?" As if that was the most normal question in the world under the circumstances.

Her lips had pursed as she'd watched Ker and the vampire. It was something like a scene out of a cheesy horror movie, but then, Trin was still pretty cynical when it came to trusting in Ker's abilities. She figured he'd win, in the end, but the show itself? That was a prize.

She felt Hannibal even before she heard him land on the mausoleum, and her lips parted, widening into a grin. This was how it was supposed to be. Following each other around .. and if Han was like a puppy dog, well then .. so, too, was Trinity. Maybe in a slightly different way, but she could hardly stomach the idea of being gone from his side for long. Thus the phone call. Turning her head, just slightly, eyes flickered over to her lifelong best friend and she smirked.

"Nah, I just figured you might like to grab so -- " She stopped, her eyes narrowing slightly on her best friend. Her mind, his mouth? It seemed that way, and if she hadn't been holding her bow and arrow in her arms, she would have crossed them in faux-petulance at being one-upped by his suggesting the food first. "Some food," she finished lamely, because not finishing would've been worse.

She chuckled when Han called out to Ker, and finally lowered her bow and arrow, slightly disappointed she hadn't gotten a chance to use it. "He's an odd one," she nodded at Ker, murmuring to Hannibal in semi-hushed tones. "But then, so has Ariadne been lately .." The last part was barely muttered underneath her breath, but knowing Hannibal and his super hearing, she figured he'd heard.

"Oh! Some vamp skank .. blondie bitch, the one Ariadne conveniently let get away thanks to her .. whatever it was .. deal .. with Thing 1 and Thing 2," she meant Azrael and Solan, neither of whom she liked. "Told me to tell you she has something of yours. Seemed to think it would shock me and shatter my world, or something." And she looked at Hannibal, fully then, as she tucked her bow away, shrugging. "I told her to go fuck herself, but since you're here, and since I thought of it .."

Pain.. Pain... Pain.. Stupid Mother--

His attention turnned twords mosoleum, when his name was yelled. Something about 'Bar-B-Q After This'. Whoever knew as Ker looked at the mosoleum that Trinity and Hannibal would be perched up on the roof watching like two turtle  doves up in a tree. Well a mosoleum. He knew Hannibal problay had that little tune playing on an A Track in his head, singing, Trinity and Hannibal Sitting In a tree K.I.S.S.I.N.G

Slightly stunned, he now figured out what the hell was going on. Trinity followed him, he couldn't beleive she followed him with Hannibal just for a ride his eyes narrowed at the both of them, he knew Trinity problay had this Trust Issue going on but Ker was here for a very important reason, when it came to grave yards and, and grave digging. Ker was a nurd for that which with explainning something always good came out at the end of this whole snooping in the grave yard at night.

"Did you bring the popcorn as well?"

What the fuck was, this a movie? He looked at them both, white opals glowed as the vampire was about to make another strike at Ker. He pulled the shovel backwards, as the vampire lunged forward, ramming the shovel right in the deadmans gut.

The vampire gripped the end, as its eyes shot wide blood oozing then Ker twisted it as he himself could hear, its insides and spinalcord ripping and breaking. His lips curled into a small grin then forcing the vampire backwards to the open grave the vampire falling in on the open coffin.

Ker watched as dusts poofed up into the air from the landing, of the vampire then stepping backwards he lit a match and tossed it into the grave. With an instant the grave burshed into flames, he crouched down near the fire rubbing his hands togeather feeling the heat his eyes glanced up twords the two love birds.

"Someone say Bar-B-Q?"
