-With the piece of paper clutched in his hands he didn't stop running until he reached the back doors of the Gladiator Forum and burst through them like gang busters. Oh for heavens sake could this night get any weirder. Ghost almost tumbled right over Whisper, nearly taking the fae out in his attempt to get to Eden. Dodging the colorful pixie he started to slow down as he reached the boxing ring. Arms slung themselves over the ropes as he held out the piece of paper to the female vampire who quite frankly, looked like she could fight an army to a standstill and still have time to stop for a hearty lunch.-
"Azrael asked me to give you this. He said he's coming to visit you -- and --"
-The next part was difficult to explain and he waited until she came closer to speak about Ariadne. A vampire hunter who would be coming with his Master on the visit. They needed help to find Faith and Azrael seemed to think that Eden could help. After the message had been delivered he would take any instructions from her and then leave to go follow the rest of his Masters orders.-
Seeing Ghost twice in one night had come as a surprise. After the first visit where he had questioned her about Faith's whereabouts she had thought that would be the end of it. She had gone back to the training session she was having in the ring, a little blind boxing to keep her senses acute. Even with a band around her eyes however she could hear and feel when Ghost came running into the Forum. The entire gym seemed to quiet for a moment at the clatter that the young vampire rose up.
Putting up a hand, palm spread open, to show her boxing partner that she was stopping she lifted her hand to pull the band off her eyes so that she could see again. Dual colored eyes turned on Ghost to take in the windswept appearance of the boy. Never before had she seen him quite so frazzled in contenance. Bare feet stepped silently across the ring towards the ropes where he flung himself. She seemed as calm and collected as ever, but the lycanthrope she had been boxing with was panting and took the opportune break as a chance to sit down in one of the corners and chug some water.
Taking the paper he offered her she used careful elegant fingers to smooth out the crinkles in the paper. When she was finally able to see what was drawn on the paper her lips turned down in an expression that was very nearly a frown, brows dran together in distaste. Nodding to Ghost she let the boy go about his business. A hand grasped the upper rope of the ring and lifted it enough that she could duck beneath and climb out of the ring. As she walked towards the doorway that led down to the basement she passed Whisper and spoke in a monotone whisper.
"Closing time."
She trusted that her blood doll would clear out the gym, even the complainers, before their visitors arrived. In the meantime Eden needed to check on something important. Closing the door to the basement behind her she reached up to find the chord that replaced a lightswitch in this place. Tugging lightly at the chord the sound of a generator whirring to life caught her attention just before the room was filled with a sickly sort of yellow light. Eden took the stairs slowly, the paper still clutched in her hand. She was hoping what she saw was wrong. That it wouldn't match her old things, but her memory was fine honed so she doubted there was much chance of that. Either way, she'd be ready when Azrael got there with his guest.
Twice in one night. If Whisper didn't know better she would think that Ghost had a crush on her. Why ever would he be running through the back doors like hounds of the host were on his tail. Nearly trampling her over no less. In his hand was a paper. She was curious. Watching him talk to Eden, she walked over, placing her tiny multi-colored form against the ropes.
Eyes were on the heaving lycanthrope Eden had been sparring with. Though to spar with Eden was like asking for a beating. Even blind sparring. It was dangerous. she gathered the information. Even as Eden was saying it was closing time, Whisper was already bouncing off the ropes to usher the people out. Her charm making it nearly impossable not to do as she asked.
Ballerina slippers danced along the floors. Sweat and blood and a few tears decorated the planks of wood. She'd make a note of cleaning it up soon. The men and a few women gathered their things and headed out the doors as instructed.
Once everyone was gone, even Ghost, she started on cleaning up the gym area. Making it presentable for the guests. A hunter, hmmm... Whisper wasn't the all and powerful Wizard of Oz. So she didn't know what this Hunter was about. She would soon know however. It sent a tingle of excitement down to her toes. Which called for a change of outfits. Once she was done of course.
