A call had come in while she was in he shower or so it seemed as Lace caught sight of the flashing symbol that blinked over and over again on her phone. A brow arched as she wondered who could have called at this ungodly hour. Holding the towel snug around her middle she moved to her night stand to retrieve the phone, it was flipped open and carefully she listened to the message left by Silent. Mocca's went wide as Silent went on trying to explain what had happened and it was hard to understand due to the woman's crying. Lace's hand began to shake and for a moment she wanted to just hit the big old pause button to stop the already painful conversation from going any further but she forced herself to listen.
Her eyes over flowed and she didn't bother to wipe away the tears, Silent asked for her help said she needed a ride. A quick look to the clock it had already been ten minutes!, she may have already taken off without her and that left the bear scared.
Darting to her closet she quickly dressed and dashed out the door like a bat out of hell, rear met with the banister of the stair way and down she slid to the floor. A stop by the door to retrieve her car keys and in that pause she caught sight of a few of her pack mates heading in, their faces grave. Hand moved to her mouth to cover it as she shook her head and then she was gone in a flash. Key shoved into the ignition she backed the vehicle up then sped out in the direction of Club Bliss. When arriving she didn't bother to search for a parking spot she just put it up front near the door and hoped out, her thoughts going back to Silent. Hopefully she'd trusted her instincts correctly and would find the she wolf her. As soon as the door was pushed aside Lace felt the breath she had been holding ease up due to the all to familiar scent of the wolf.
A few came up to greet her but the alpha bear paid them no mind and with the force of her presence she pushed all aside allowing that intriguing scent of enchiladas to brush among them. Steaming mad and out for blood she moved to the one door she knew to find the wolf at.
Hand curled and met it with a gentle knock followed by her stern yet worried voice on the other side of the massive wooden framed door.
" Silent... It's Lace, I'm here when your ready"..
Hand fell down and was replaced by her forehead as she leaned along the door the thing that kept her from Silent. She would not barge in on Marcus, instead she'd wait right here until the wolf was ready to meet with the others. Then she would take her back where they would mourn and then come to a final decision of what was to be done.
