If he had a blood system that actually worked, his face would be beet red and his blood pressure through the roof. He was fuming after returning to Club Bliss. What he felt was an honorable choice on his part was an opening for Jace to put an end to any possible friendship in the future. That.. Was it. He was inside, packing up what personal things were his. He had, had Avery wait outside while he did this, her car being there in case they needed it for something. As he was inside, that message was left to Nico's phone, and then the finishing of the letter. Taping it to an envelope that was filled with legal documents. For Jace. Beneath those were shirts, both with Oscar the Grouch on them. Jace knew what they were. It was described in the letter to him. The check for Nico had been left on the counter. Two boxes, not even big ones were what he had. The bed and everything else was there when he got there. The only things he was taking were his clothes and his personal things, especially his checkbook and contacts for monetary reasons. Taping the boxes up, he placed them on the counter before he bounded down the stairs once more. Looking around for anything, he found one thing, his mind was in overdrive, and it landed on the coffee pot. Moving to that counter, the plug was ripped out of the wall. Finding a bag, he placed the coffee maker and pot in it and tied it off. Taking it with the boxes, he stuffed them into Avery's car before looking back at his store. Well.. Jace's store now.
Everything was being left to him. Nothing was Remy's anymore, the documents were final. Jace would know the contents of that letter to be true upon two things. One, Remy's clothes were gone. Two, the coffee pot was gone. He knew what that meant in it of itself.
Once things were put in the car, he slipped into it, even buckled up and stared out ahead of him. He knew he was putting Avery out, or so he thought, and he was acting like a raging lunatic with silence. But they had talked before they came here. She knew what he was doing and where she was taking him. And so, they were off. Leaving what was Remy's dream store, for Jace.
As Remy did his thing inside the store, packing up his stuff, and leaving the notes and what not for Jace, she sat in the Exbidition. stareing out into space, as she listened to the radio. She'd had to turn it on after he'd gotten in the car the last time. IT was to damn quiet otherwise. She knew he was angry...she even knew why. And it was all she could do to just be there and be his friend. Give him a place to stay untill he got things sorted out.
When he tossed the things in the back, and closed the back hatch, she nodded and straightened up. Waiting till he was buckled into place, and with a last glance to him, She pulled away from the curb, and headed back towards teh appartment. Glancing at him as they came to a stop light, she finally broke the silence.
"Remeber. You can stay as long as you want. Don't feel like your imposing or anything. There's plenty of room, and i'll be glad for the company."
And she left it at that. Pulling into the appartment parking lot, she pulled into her spot, and cut the engine. She'd grab one of the boxes for him, and when he grabbed the other and the coffee pot, (which she wouldn't say a word about, though it was weird...vampire with a coffee pot an all..) she'd lead him upstairs, and into the appartment. Holding the door open.
"Come on in."
Door was closed, and locked. Curtians were drawn across the living room windows. Black out curtians on all the windows in the house. She slept during the day and worked nights. No way she was going to let the sun keep her awake. Leading him into the second bedroom, she set the box down. Looking up at him, she gave him a quick, one armed hug and left the room. He could come find her if he wanted to talk more.
