It would have been very very easy for Axel to simply have Candi call the city's master, but as much as Axel shy away form directly interacting with people who wether it was inadvertantly or purposely held power over him, he felt this situation called for it. and as such the following message was left.

"Greetings, My name is Axel Fleicher,and I have been a guest in your fair locale for just over a week, and it stands that during that time we have yet to meet in person and speak. I am sorry that as such it has taken so long and I look forward to such a time that we may talk. As it stands my availibility is completely open, so at your earliest convenience if you could return my call I would be most grateful. thank you sir and i wish you a good evening."
