Lyliyana showed up at the Carnival without the red Radio Flyer wagon that was usually seen in tow behind the the bubbly blond. Hector had convinced her it was best not to bring it, as she would be riding rides and playing games, and shouldn't have to worry about her painting stuff as she wouldn't have time for it anyhow.

So Lyliyana was skipping along, Hector walking along just behind her, and of course, Mr. Grey bouncing at her side. He was swinging with each step by an ear, as that was almost always how Lyliyana toted him. She was wearing a pink two piece bathing suit, with a matching pink sarong that had roses embroidered on it. Her blond locks were pulled into a loose ponytail that swung at her back with every step. It was then that Lyliyana spotted Mayra, standing in line for the ticket booth, to get an all pass bracelet. She stopped, and turned to look up at Hector, a finger to her lips.

"Shhh Mr. Bubbles." It was a ridiculous request, really. Hector hardly ever spoke, and wasn't a walking, clanking suit of armor. He merely nodded at her, however, before she turned and snuck up in a most animated way to surprise Mayra.

Mayra bought her a bracelet, and Lyliyana had to ask the ticket lady how much it was for rabbit's under three to buy Mr. Grey a bracelet as well. She quoted half the kid's price, and Lyliyana accepted the blue bracelet, tying it over the ear she was constantly carrying him by. Then a few more people showed up, Mahina, whom Lyliyana had saved at the Lava Lounge, and her boyfriend. And then there was a pretty lady Alex, and the cutest boy she'd ever seen, Coyote. Lyliyana recognized him from the Lava Lounge as well, but couldn't bring herself to say more than two words to him. She hadn't realized how handsome he was, as he had been covered in burns and blood while she was healing him.

She took up Mayra's hand, and they decided on the Tilt-a-whirl. And off into the Carnival they went. Lyliyana knew she wanted to play a few games, and maybe win Mr. Grey some friends!

Golden fingers wrapped around the girls hand. Leaving the others behind, they moved deeper into the Carnival. Looking for the rides that they most wanted to get on. Pointing out here and there one of the notorious Carnies.

There was the bearded lady and the she was sure they caught a glimpse of the trapeze twins rushing off to the main tent probably for a show. The posters for the scorpion woman and rubber boy caught her attention. Wondering if they were for real, or another carnival scam.

With Lyl tugging on her hand she finally stopped wondering, and with a laugh, ran beside the girl in the direction of the tilt-a-whirl. Glad that she had not gotten anything to eat before the ride started. She stumbled a bit as she got off, making Lyl laugh in that childish way. Mr. Gray looking at them stoicly, as if to say that he was made of sterner stuff.... or is it softer?

Their next stop was at the popcorn vendor. Despite the stuff being stale, it was perfect for a popcorn war. The little white fluffs of food sailed through the air, not minding who all they hit with them!
