How long had it been since they left Salem? And came to the sunny islands of Hawaii? Seemed just like yesterday to Karma. Time had been passing so fast and dispite her fear of the volcanos....And the extream sunburns that took weeks to recover from...Karma loved the place.....Especially the little herb garden that Shakes had helped her make...Which had become her little slice of heaven and her lil bit of hell. For one reason...Pale skin and the bright sun just didnt mix.
So today she was recovering from yesterdays yard work.Unsure of what was redder...Her skin...Or her hair.Shaking her head she would look down at the note book in her lap...She was writing the 40th letter to Tommy and Sera this month filled with the mindless rambles of how she wanted them to hurry up and get to Hawaii and about random happenings with the Volcano...
Ohhh the Volcano...Her worst Nemisis. She hated it more then port-a-potties and cops! Even more so after the "trip" to the one on the island...Which didnt go over good what so ever....It was more screaming and scratching then oooo's and ahhs. Even ended in Karma locking herself up in the tree top casino Milo and Knox had put in.
It almost lasted a week. Which dubed the tree house Fort Karma. And started the great valcano watch....At least for Karma...She watched it..(And the things Andrew had told her didnt help her one bit....He had her convinced it was gonna explode any second.).Looking for any sign that it was gonna explode...And usually a change in smoke color sent her screaming the end of the world was coming. Today would be juist one of those days...The normal puffs of white smoke turned a darker shade of grey....
