Running into a snag with plans, Xanto goes about to fix these problems by going to the source so to speak. Not really going to face the Master Vampire on account that he just doesn't really like vampires. Except for Abysnth. Greetings and I wish you well. My name is Xanto Torani and I have been a resident of your city for several months now. As you might of noticed, there has been a population increase of witches and I wish to have a piece of land for that community to gather so they may feel relatively safe to practice each of their crafts. I am also a witch and wish to be the Heirophant of the Circle to bring order as there is no leadership currently. As a Hero of the Mars Vigila clan I believe I can do that and I am sure you wish not for a Tower witch (meaning rogue, vagabond) to cause havoc in your beautiful city. Secondly, I also wish to lease a business space near the Bronze Cauldron Pub for my own personal gain. The type of business is an antique and appraisal shop, nothing too large but certainly will contribute to the local ecomony. I have placed in suvey maps of the intended locations for your approval. I know I ask quite a bit and you will find a bank receipt for a safe deposit box for payment and a token of gratitude. Finally, I am letting you know I am expressing interests of becoming Mayor of the city. While you indeed rule, the City Hall I believe is where your influence lacks as it runs during the day and my intentions is to keep Human First groups from gaining a foothold before they even step into this quite large supernatural community. I should appeal to both the human and supernatural communities as a witch, half in each. I would greatly appreciate your support and my thanks for taking the time to read my letter.
Along with the letter there's a bank receipt with a key and account number. The box at the bank is large and filled with indeed a large amount of valueables; six solid gold bars stamped with the Mars Vigila crest (made by Straw into Gold spell), three grams of diamonds in a velet bag, five grams of rubies in a velet bag, and two silver rings with sapphire stones. All together is worth the price of five sqaure arces of land, two months of the space's lease payment and a good chunk being a present. Hopefully this will remove that annoying snag, Xanto really dislikes annoyances.
