The flash of her BIC lighter lit up her face as she watched the end of the cigarette flare to life in a bright burn for a second before it dimmed to that hot cherry at the end. Lighter was stuffed back into her front pocket as she walked, fingers removing the butt from her lips and exhaling the toxic smoke out of her nose like some kind of angry bull. Tonight was a play date, as usual was on nights when Deliverance closed Omerta early. Or at least early enough for Nori to still be awake. She didn't go through the front door but rather used her key to get in the back door as she usually did. It was always a precaution, Nori didn't really want people touching her so she choose the safest route that would keep her from tearing people's arms off if they groped or slapped at her skinny ass.
She tugged the heavy metal door open with ease, pausing in the threshold as she inhaled the last of the cigarette in a rush before tossing it out of the door and letting it click shut behind her. What she wasn't prepaired for was the smell. She nearly choked on the smoke in her lungs as she turned to the back hallway. It was faint but a smell one could not mistake. Blood. Fresh blood at that.
Unblinking black and gold eyes of the cobra peered out of her own black as death eyes as she moved quickly to the hallway door and into the club proper. Here she was hit with the full force of the blood. Blood.... and another scent. Lips parted as she drew it in over her tongue, into her mouth and down into her lungs. Leopard, like her other half. She was silent the whole time, her ears working to pick out any sounds that might be in the club. But there was none.
"Deliverance?" She called loudly, knowing that if the pretty snake was in the club at all she'd have heard her. Ticking at her teeth she dug her cell phone out of her front pocket and held down the "1" button. Two rings and a voice on the other end. Already she was moving, heading to turn on the overhead lights, once on they showed the gruesome bloody scene at the bar and on the floor. Where the fuck was her Deliverance or at least her body?
"Shane, we have a problem at Omerta. Deliverance is gone and from what I can see there is shit ton of blood all over the place. And it smells like Leopard."

-Shane was standing in the aisle of a drug store when her phone started going off in her pocket. Her thoughts busy contemplating different pregnancy tests and wondering if they would work for lycanthropes. She had a different box in each hand and was looking from label to label. The bastards didn't include facts about lycanthropes on the damn box. What kind of bullshit was that. Wedging the phone between her shoulder and her ear she just started up the conversation with a 'What' that was so abrupt it made the woman down the aisle from her jump a bit with surprise and drop her box of Super Sized Tampons. If her mood was dark already Nori's news only made it worse.-
"I'm on my way."
-Stuffing one of the pregnancy tests down the back of the jean shorts she was wearing she didn't seem overly concerned with the fact that the box could easily be seen above the shorts since her shirt really only consisted of a strap across her tiny breasts. But, she didn't have time to go muck about with the whole 'paying for shit' routine. So out of the store she stomped in her too big combat boots and as she climbed into her Jeep she already had her phone dialing up Dexter and Harley to leave each of them a message.-
"Dexter. I need you to pick up Crawley NOW. Have her take you to get Alyce. The leopards have taken Deliverance. It's time to end those bitches. You two do whatever you need to to make that bitch talk. I don't care if we have to strap a collar on her and get her to sniff out her Nimir-Raj but before the sun comes up I want to be standing in a pool from where he's pissed himself. Meet me at Omerta with the bitch and we'll go from there."
-That at least was pretty clear directive. She trusted Dexter to do anything for her and so after she finished she simply hung up on him and called Harley second. When the red headed slut answered she gave her the same type of barking order.-
"Be at Omerta asap. We're hunting leopard and if you aren't there we'll be going without you."
-By the time she'd finished speaking to both of them she had tires squealing as she pulled into the parking lot at Omerta. Shane put the Jeep in park and hopped out without even opening the door. Cars without roofs rocked. All she had to do was walk through the fucking door and her tongue could gather the taste of blood, of Deliverance, and of that leopard bitch Cologrio.-
-Deli was strong. She'd live through this. So Shane was ecstatic that this occurrence gave her a reason to go after the leopards for once and for all. Any lycan group would do the same. Here's for predatory mindfulness. Heading to where Nori was investigating the video cameras she let the girl bring up the footage to show her. They wouldn't have long to wait. Harley would arrive soon, then Dexter and Crawley would bring their little maid and soon they could all troop off to catch Cologrio. A family road trip.-
-And so all the shiny happy people of the Nest gathered together. Harley, Nori, and Shane were soon joined in the basement of Omerta by Dexter and Crawley who threw a bloody version of Alyce into the center of the floor. In her hand Shane held a remote control which she used to press play on the monitors hung in the room. On those screens began to play images of Cologrio with Deliverence. Of him trying to seduce the snake woman, of him hitting her, and raping her up against the bar.-
-Breaking Alyce would be momentarily fun, but seeing the look on her face when she saw the love of her life fucking Deliverance in the ass was just priceless. It was so much better than hearing her scream because Shane could almost hear the moment when the leopards heart broke inside her chest. Beautiful. Alyce wasn't much of a screamer, so Shane wasn't surprised when the woman didn't whimper and plead like Christina had. Nah, their maid was more stubborn than that.-
-Shane had an idea though. Something that played to the leopards primal instincts. If they could make her shift then her beast would go in search of its Nimir-Raj. A natural reaction for such a new lycanthrope. And as she'd learned last time the woman tended to shift when in severe pain. Hitting stop on the video player she motioned Dexter forward, letting him do the honors for them. And once he had finished and Alyce was no more than a leopard they could let her go and track her all the way to Cologrio's lair.-
