Passing Messages

Since she probably wasn't just going to run into Ash or Silent, it was time she passed that strange message on some other way. A phone call would at least let them know there was something going on. So, first up.

Speed dial 3. "Ash, it's Lexie. Someone was at the Hookah the other night... looking for Silent. Left me with a phone number and a request to pass the message on. This woman made my nerves jump, Ash. I'm going to give Sil a call, but I thought you should know about it."

Next, speed dial 4. Fingers drummed on the bedside table until the voicemail kicked in. "Sil. Had a visitor at the Hookah the other night. She was looking for you. Left a number where you could reach her. It's in your room when you get around to it."

Phone manners? Oh, she had them once upon a time, but Ash had succeeded in training her not to say goodbye on the phone. It tended to spill over to most of her phone calls. But, at least the message had been given. Not her problem anymore unless they wanted more information.

Silent was in the middle of telling one of sams men where one of the statues in the maze that connected the asylum to the carinval. It was like being thrown into a horror movie or malice threw the looking glass...

So needless to say she missed the call...Just felt the vibration from the voice mail.Flipping open her cell she would listen to the message...some disturbing woman sought Silent? That would narrow it down. Silent always attracted the rather strange and disturbing....but they always made her feel at home.

dailing the vixens number she would pout at the game of phone tag.

"Lexie, thanks for the heads up...Ill head home soon.We should do lunch soon. Maybe I can show you the progress over here at the asylum. I give us six weeks max and well have the first big party"
