Ker sat back and, watched the young future hunters. He was actuly proud, although he was not thier father. But a father figure to the little brats. Some of them were hard headed and stubborn, of course he remembered himself at that age, of being stubborn and trying to do it his way instead of the right way. From handling weapons, to learning different languages. He'd train them to be book smart as well it was what he was taught so he was just passing it down to the future hunters and at a young age was alot better to catch on and understand and get ahold of the lesson first.
But mistakes will happen, and by not doing it right. You'd have to do it all over again, to get it right he was a little harsh but the childeren he trainned had to learn that life was not always fair and they needed to know how to stay alive while on a hunt and that mistake that one mistake, could kill them instead of save their life. His attention was on this small boy, he looked to be close to his teens him and a young girl were target praticing with a bow and arrow. While the others were training, in swordfighting, or doing some fist and kick moves. A wise trainner always paid attention to his students he sat his walking stick down and stood up from the tree stump he was sitting on.
"Rule number one, while your aiming for a target." he said, taking the bow from the boy. "Your wanting to so bad to hit that red mark on the target. You focuse with one eye open.. you'll fail.."
The boy and girl stood in silance listening to their teacher, he placed an arrow on the arch and pulled back the string. "When you are aiming for a target, don't think.. you have a choice of hitting it or it hitting you. So you think well I have a choice just aim and shoot.." He let the arrow go, it did flying in the wind hiss and struck the red target in the middle.
He looked back to the boy and girl. "Keep both eyes open, do not try and hit your target you'll have a moving target for long. Aim and let it go.." He gave the bow and arrows back to the childeren he stood back behind them and watched them raise their bow and arrows. Both shooting the target he smiled and clapped his hands in a bravo.
