How she had made it home, she couldn't exactly remember. She knew she drove. The bike was at the house. The smell of the sunflowers greeted her nose. She could feel the heat from a body. Jane snuggled closer to it. Her whole body felt heavy and hot. Pain was still there. It was now a dull ache on her wrist. She remembered having bound it. Walking into one of those shops that sell gauze and some ointments. Not that the ointments would do much of anything, but she bought them anyway to appease the woman who looked scared at the sight of Jane's bloody shirt. Which meant she had to buy one of those cheap dollar shirts from the store too. Didn't want to draw too much attention.
She bound it and after that everything felt hazy. There was a deep smell of rain and coffee against her nose. She liked that smell, reminded her of the Brothers. The warmth too. The body against her own was male, she could feel the harder lines that belonged to a man. Though her mind drifted off again, falling into darkness. She wanted sleep. Sleep and the comfort of Azrael. Where was he?
-Muffling a yawn he looked down the bunk bed to see what had woke him. There was a thick smell of blood in the air. The smell was masked by whiskey and sunflowers. Only one person he knew that had that scent; Jane. Both hands on the edge of his bed he peered down to see down to Jude's bed. There she was curled next to Jude. What was she doing in their room? Was Jane scared of something? That seemed nearly impossible. Making sure to be as quiet as he could Jason climbed down the latter that connected his bed and Jude's full size one. Jane had bought them the bunk beds as a present.
Stepping over Micro and Macro his little robotic dogs, the AI system built into their heads had them lifting an ear. The robotic dogs were trained like all dogs. They weren't perfect yet. Watching Jake was giving Jason better ideas on how to perfect them. Bare feet padded to Adam's room. Covering his mouth with his hand as he yawned. The door pushed open entering the room. Reaching Adam's side he placed his hand on the man's shoulder.-
"Hey... Adam. Something is wrong with Jane. She's bleeding."
-Jason would have gone to the Khan, if they had one. But Adam had been their Khan for almost a year it was natural and habitual to go to him now. -
She tried to sleep but the only way was the feel of Adam's warmth spooning her back to mix the scent of wild rose with that of vanilla and hot oil. She had just gotten to sleep and her breathing slowed when Jason came in. So not only did he awaken Jake it would wake Gillian along with Adam since they are sharing an apartment and leave the door open so others could join if they solely wish.
Gillian slowly sat up and was dressed in a cream silk nightgown, rubbing her eyes as she nudged Adam.
"Darling, Jason needs you. It's about Jane."
The goal for finding a Khan was still the weight of the horde, waiting for him to awaken so her matching silken robe could be place on and follow them to the Brothers' apartment and see if she was needed for help as well.

-:Each night he fell asleep to the sound of Gillians rythmic breathing. It soothed the man and the beast. At night he could wrap her arms and her scent around him and feel perfectly at ease. If falling in love was crazy then he was most likely out of his mind. When Jason had come in and he felt that nudge from Gillian his initial reaction was to reach for her with the warmth of his hands. To try to protect her from whatever was happening. Hearing her words though he realized it was not his Gillian that needed the help. Still he kissed her softly on the cheek and whispered to her.:-
"I love you."
-:before he rose from the bed dressed in a pair of simple Hanes boxers. Adam lifted Gillians silk robe from the chair near the bed and helped her slip her arms into it. Moving with her at his side they followed Jason to the brothers bedroom where Jane was laid out with Jude. The smell of blood was thick in the air and he was surprised that Jude hadn't been bothered by it. Maybe the boy was a deep sleeper.:-
"Jason, will you get Jude out of bed and take him to the other room. Try not to alarm him."
-:The last thing they needed was for Jude to awaken in all that blood and shift into his tiger form. That could turn a bad situation worse very quickly. His calloused hand in Gillians gave the woman a squeeze before slipping his grip from hers. Jason was given room to lift up Jude and carry him away and then Adam slipped in and sat down on the edge of the bed letting Gillian take a seat near Jane's head to offer comfort.:-
"Jane? What happened?"
-:Adam touched her arm and it was like he could almost feel the pain in her beast. He tried to pry her arm away so he could see the wound, and she tried to bite at him in her hazy sleep. Letting Gillian help hold her still he was finally able to see the wound where something had been punctured through her wrist. Were they crucifying people again in Rome? Looking up at Gillian his eyes met hers and knowledge passed between them.:-
"It's silver."
-:He could smell it. After a moment he let his shields fall aside and that peace filled power filled the room with a soft heat. Like a cool breeze on a warm day his power was sent into Jane. Filling her up with that sense of peace and warmth he healed her wound as best he could without making her shift, and as he felt of her he felt something cold. Something not at all lycan. It made his beast grumble low in its throat, but he didn't explore since his first obligation was to help Jane.:-

Sleep. The haze of it felt good. Made the pain less and less. In sleep she didn't need to feel it. The silver flakes in her body burning and boiling her blood making it agitated. Her wound couldn't properly close. Not when the silver having broken through the skin and hitting her blood. Her good arm tightened around the body she held feeling it being pulled away.
A mumble from Jane as she finally allowed Jude's body to be taken from her grasp. Though she had no real choice in the matter. She felt her arm being taken. The one that hurt. She was like a tiger with a torn in her paw. Her body reacted. Teeth snapping inches from Adam's face. A growl passing Jane's lips. Eyes only slits, her pupils narrowing. Jane moved her good arm only to feel it trapped. Held down. The haze was rising with the heat Adam was pouring into her.
Her head was feeling heavy so she laid it back down. Roses. She smelled roses. In the back of Jane's mind she knew who that was. It was Gillian. The vanilla and hot oil was Adam. She could smell them. He was there inside. a part of him was inside Jane fixing what he could of her arm.
"Ah was attacked...."
Jane mumbled out. Her eyes now in focus as she stared at Adam remembering his question. She could focus better even if her head felt hazy and fuzzy.
~When someone crawled into bed with him he would have mumbled a little, but once the warmth of another body came close Jude would move towards it. So that was how he ended up with Jane wrapped around him in his sleep. Luckily Jude was a deep sleeper and even the smell of blood didn't wake him. What did wake him was when Jason took hold of him and tried to lift him out of bed. Jane had other ideas. The small tug of war finally woke him and he made a noise just like a cat who's tail has been stepped on.~
"What's going on Jason?"
~It wasn't every day you woke up with chaos around you and your brother trying to carry you off. Hands made fists and rubbed at his eyes and then Jude squirmed and pushed out of Jasons grasp.~
"Just let go and tell me what's happening."
~Fussy from being woken up he swatted at his brothers well meaning hands before rubbing the last of the sleep from his eyes. At that moment the smell of blood reached his nose and he looked back towards the bed where Gillian was holding Jane down so Adam could tend to her. Gulping loudly he nodded understanding. He could control himself around blood, but it was still a dangerous sitiuation when he hadn't eaten and was groggy with sleep.~
"Maybe I'll just go make us all some tea."
~So with thatJude padded out of the bedroom leaving the others to tend to Jane while he put a kettle of water on the stove and took a seat at the table waiting for the tea pot to scream and let him know it was ready. Then he would add some special blend tea bags with mint, green tea extracts, and orange blossom and go about setting up cups for everyone on a tray. By the time he finished the noises from the other room had settled.~
