Llidya had found out what kind of bike Loke had, well, did have, and after driving her around and dropping her off, she'd gotten on the phone to see about a replacement. That had been her thoughts foremost in the beginning of the day, and she had arrived home to find Evie still at her place. She'd given her a ride to where she needed to go as well, and letting her know to give her a call anytime she needed anything. It was about six when she'd finally gotten home, and he was still in meetings, so Llidya killed some time by getting up some firewood for her fireplace.

She took a shower, and put on one of her more comfortable pair of jeans, and a well loved button up. She started up the fire, walking barefoot about the house, letting her hair dry without any heat. She had a hairbrush sticking out of her back pocket though. God knew if she didn't brush it while it was drying, it would be a heaping mass of tangles. As she was gathering up some folders, she glanced at the crime scene pictures she had plastered all over the kitchen. They were old cases, unsolved, one's that Michael had gotten to her to get her head back in the game.

Llidya went to the living room and set the paperwork on the couch. The fire was a nice cackling background noise, and she moved to her bedroom, pulling the big comforter from it's frame. She dragged it to the living room, her and her wolf deciding it would be nice to sleep in front of the fire. Satisfied, she picked up the phone and made one last phone call before turning it off for the night. She didn't need any interruptions from her cell phone for the evening. She picked up the tablet pc she'd set there earlier, and plugged the network cord into it.

Forty-five minutes later, Chinese food was delivered, a huge tip given. They almost didn't deliver without it. Llidya moved back into the living room, setting her chinese food on the floor next to her comforter and picking up the file folders to start reading through them. It was five to one, and at one o'clock on the dot, was when her big screen tv, just across from the fireplace came to life.

Llidya gave him a smile as she reached up to twist up her now dry hair. She twisted it into a hapless mess atop her skull before she stuck a pencil through it to hold it up.

"Donald, glad you could make it. How's the wife?" Her tone was sincere, and she pulled some folders close to her as the redheaded man returned the greetings. He was sitting at an office desk, pulling out some folders of his own. "Let's catch some bad guys."

He chuckled at her comment, and she smirked, taking another bite of her Chinese food. They both opened their folders, and Llidya took up the red marker from the pile of highlighters to her right, scanning the page.
