She had no reason to really be parked in front of the great house that the feline's made there home. Things where wrapping up fast, the constant buzz of her cellphone was a noisey distraction and bothered her. But it was ignored for the time being. She climbed from her car and headed toward the front door. A large manilla folder in her hands as she headed toward the front door. It was only right was it not? There was no blood lost between the wolves and the gathering of feline's. A hand brushed down her side smoothing her t-shirt down. The cuts and burns from the night of Lyric's passing had long since healed, leaving behind determination rooted in her body. This wasn't the tropical paradise she had run across in her youth, no this was hell on earth and no one should have to suffer this.
"Yes, I'm still here. We should have everyone ready in 48 hours. Did you get the fax I sent over earlier?" She spoke while she walked before nodding to herself. "I'm delivering the last groups of tickets and numbers. Yeah, I know I can't save everyone, but what point is it if my friends die Michael?"
Silence was her answer on the other line, she smiled sadly to herself before giving a quick goodbye and reaching up to hit the end on the ear piece.
Hand raised and knocked at the door, in a loud way in hopes that there was someone there to answer it. Amber eyes focused on the thick folder in her hands as she reached up to hit the ignore button on the new bluetooth ear piece. The last one had melted off her ear during the confrontation with the creature known as Pele.
