Lyliyana glanced out the window, a small smile dancing on her lips. A vacation, at long last. She looked back to the book in her lap, chocolate hues focusing to finish the chapter as the plane tilted for landing. At the end of the chapter, she closed the book, and put it back into her bag, her excitement rising now that she was here. Hawaii. The place embodied relaxation.

Lyliyana checked out her carry-on luggage and picked up her rolling suitcase. She settled her straw hat more on top her head and started out of the airport, flagging down a taxi. The nice local helped her load her luggage into the seat next to her, and took her to the Paradise Reef Resort.

She went to the front desk, all smiles. The nice young lady behind the counter was very helpful in checking her in and providing all the information she needed to know about the services the hotel offered. Lyliyana thanked her, and went to the elevator. Now all she needed to do was get settled in and start vacationing.
