Many places have bulletin boards for flyers and business cards; restuarants, post offices, gas stations, coffee shops and where ever else imaginable.  There is one that is designed to attract the attention of Witches.  To others be they human or supernatural would just see a business card for a gold appraiser, a witch would find it giving off a message.  The message was written in silver light but also is audioable only to the witches who are near one.

"Community Center room #3 @ Noon on the 6th.  A test of Circle.  -X"

And it will be so, a room is reserved for those who will gather.  Let alone spells around to keep uninvited guests out.
