Valcrist had barely awakened when the sound of the doorbell rang through the house. As usual, when it came to staying here, he was clad in nothing but the leopard-printed boxers purchased by one, Patsy Stone. Inscribed on the elastic band was, of course, "Property of Patsy" Valcrist couldnt complain about the description, as it was MUCH better and more comforting than that previous leather collar, or some other uncomfortable submission device. At any rate, his feet would drag as he made his way towards the door, sleep still prevailent as he had barely any time to wake up. Slowly he opened the door, just in time to see the young woman, staring nervously off in the distance. "Ummmm....hello, can I help you?" Said the young wereleopard as a great big yawn just ensued. Well, it was his day off, and he was pretty darn beat from work.

Violet eyes turned toward the door as it openned. She stood there stock still for a good minute just staring at Valcrist. Swallowing the sudden lump in her throat for the five or sixth time she dropped her bags beside her and pressed henna stained fingers together before her and bowed over them.

"I'm sorry if I woke you, I'm Mia.... Um.. Patsy said I should stay here for some time before the full moon."

She straightened feeling ackward and uncomfortable since he was only in boxers. But honestly she didn't have anything to complain about, he hadn't answered nude. Now that would be a truely ackward time for her.

"I figured I should at least drop my clothes off before I head back to school, since I don't get out till late. I'm sorry again for waking you."

"Oh no no no, I was waking up and going to get ready for work, myself...Just...yeah, just drop your clothes off and I'll let Ms Patsy know you've finally come. And, yeah...thats cool you'll be staying with us for a little bit. Make yourself at home...would you like a tour of the place, when you....umm....get home from school, as you said?" Never let it be said that valcrist was not a welcoming host, even if he was standing there almost completely in the nude. Another semi-member to the pard and rodere house. Valcrist actually smiled at the thought; he, himself always enjoyed the company of new people. Eyes were in studious appraisal of the woman of indian-like features, which of course, brought a little bit of a smile to his face, he stood aside. "I'll take those for you" Hands reaching out to help her with the luggage she was bringing in.

[sorry for the delay in writting back, had to cater two parties friday it was hectic]

Mia lifted the two suitcases when he offered to take them with a tiny smile. "Thanks. Um.. If you could, could you just show me were I'll be sleeping?" She didn't know if she would have the full time needed to enjoy a tour. She already knew she was later then she liked even if she was still early and not in any danger of being late for class. It just happened that Mia liked to be early to class to set up since she was a Teacher's Assistant and to make sure that things where in order. She stepped in and closed the door behind her removing one of the bags from her shoulder to carry it the other had her school books and papers in it so those didn't need to be removed.
"Thank you for your hospitality.... I'm not really that comfortable near preditors."

Although she was technically herself a preditor it only worked when with a functioning clan. Alone she was a scavanger and a timid one at that.
